Operations Field Employee Position
This opportunity is open to applicants looking for steady employment with little to no experience but willing to learn and advance within the company. Install tile, shingle, metal, and flat roofing.

Position Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must speak English, bilingual a plus
- Must be reliable and willing to learn
- Must have a current Florida “E” driver’s license with no DUIs or significant history of violations
- Able to lift 60 lbs. and can work in direct sun
- Able to access roofs and handle ladders
- Must excel at customer service
